Bacaya is an exuberant 2-bedroom Koh Samui beach villa, developed in a Balinese style, located on the popular northeastern area of the island. The villa is arranged in three separate pavilions that includes a living space with open plan kitchen, a sleeping pavilion offering both an expert and guest bedroom as well as an outdoor, pool-side pavilion offering outdoor dining in stunning, natural surroundings. The 3 pavilions are wrapped around a central courtyard that provides a sizable, infinity-edged pool with spacious sun-deck, tropical garden, luscious lawn and private gate, in front of the property, which leads directly onto Bangrak beach. The villa can be found within private, walled, tropical gardens that offer complete privacy the rentals are only a stone's throw away from central Bangrak town with a healthy selection of restaurants, bars and shopping. The views from the villa take in the whole of Bangrak Bay including Samui's famous golden Big Buddha statue, the encompassing island of Koh Som for the mountainous profile of Koh Phan Ngan.
The largest pavilion of the property provides a luxurious living space made to maximize the magnificent views towards Koh Samui's sister island of Koh Phan Ngan with six sets of double glass doors which open up to allow the cooling sea breeze circulation through. The living area offers a comfortable sofa and armchairs before a flat screen TV satellite system with home theatre encompassed by dark, tropical wood furnishings having a hard-wood vaulted ceiling. The living space also provides a modern, fully fitted, open plan kitchen with double door fridge/freezer and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen and living space is divided with a modern dining table which caters for as much as six guests.
The sleeping pavilion is arranged using the master suite opening to the central courtyard area and also the guest bedroom located towards the rear. The ultra-luxurious master suite provides a double bed having a lounge area equipped with satellite television, DVD and luxurious en suite bathroom facilities with cooling sandstone contrasting with dark hard-wood fittings, double wash basins, a walk-in shower and enclosed outdoor sunken bath. The guest bedroom is similarly equipped although the sunken bath continues to be substituted with a privately enclosed terrace and garden.
